Refund policy

We inspect every return request individually. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact hello@buyourside.com and we'll make it right.

EU 14-day cooling-off period: If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Because each piece is natural marble and hand-carved to order, please contact us before sending anything back so we can advise on safe packaging.

Non-returnable: We can't accept returns on items damaged after delivery through normal use, or on sale items.

Refunds: We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and confirm whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@buyourside.com.
